COVID-19 Health & Safety

With the unprecedented events that COVID-19 has brought on a global scale, we've taken precautions in all areas of our business to keep our guests, staff and the public safe and healthy. When you stay with us, you may notice some changes in our guest service areas:
  • We have installed acrylic sneeze guards at our reception desks, to minimise physical contact between our guests and staff
  • All keys are thoroughly cleaned as they are returned to us, and before we issue them to new guests
  • You'll notice social distance signage at our reception offices. We're abiding by government advice and are enforcing 1.5m distance between all people
  • Our staff are trained to enforce the maximum number of allowed people in one space. This number changes according to official advice, and the space.
  • We have hand sanitiser available at our reception offices, which we encourage you to use upon arrival.
  • All external contractors abide by our strict health & hygiene guidelines
  • We regularly clean all high touch surfaces with high-grade cleaning products
Our self-contained apartment accommodation model is perfect for those wishing to remain safe & healthy. As apartments are fully self-contained, you can enjoy a stay without the worries that other accommodation styles can bring.
  • Unlike other options, your apartment isn't serviced daily, minimising frequency of contact with external parties. If you'd like to request more regular servicing/cleaning, we can accommodate this
  • We don't offer on-site room service, which again, minimises contact with external parties/areas
  • When you enter/exit your apartment, you don't need to pass through a reception area on a daily basis, which commonly sees incoming/departing guests, members of the public, couriers and more
  • As your apartment contains everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can avoid unnecessary visits to laundromats and other services
  • Our apartments are residential-size, meaning that you won't feel like you're living on top of your travelling companions. With separate bedrooms, the choice between 1 or 2 bathrooms, a balcony, separate living/dining area and full-sized kitchen, you can make yourself at home.
We've adapted our processes to allow our check in / out procedures to be as contact-free as possible, alongside official advice.
Yes, you're welcome to store your luggage on the day of check in / out, during business hours. During this time, our staff will wear gloves, which are disposed of immediately after.

Your apartment includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay including high-quality furnishings and appliances, limited WiFi internet, linen, towels and hairdryer. Signature apartments feature a fully equipped laundry and kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and gas cooktop.

Standard reservation / booking procedures

  • For standard bookings, there is no cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 72 hours before check-in time.
  • For bookings confirmed for Special Events Periods, there is no cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • For bookings during Special Events Periods where the booking is made less than 31 days prior to check-in then full pre-payment will be charged to the credit card provided and the booking is non-refundable.
  • Non-refundable rates cannot be modified or cancelled. Any cancellations or modifications will forfeit the total amount paid at the time of booking.
  • Calculation of arrival is based upon a 2pm check-in.
  • Our minimum length of stay is 2 nights, except for the following:
  • Minimum stay for check-ins on a Friday or Saturday night is 3 nights.
  • Minimum stay during Special Event periods vary (listed below).

  • For bookings over Special Event Periods where check-in is MORE than 30 days away: The first night's accommodation tariff will be charged as a deposit (refundable as per our Cancellation Policy) and the full balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
  • For bookings over Special Event Periods where check-in is LESS than 31 days away: Full pre-payment of accommodation will be charged on the day of booking and the booking is non-refundable.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
  • We accept most major credit cards, including:

  • Yes, a credit card must be supplied if staying at our apartments.
  • A pre-authorisation of AUD $100 is required for all Studio, One and Two Bedroom Apartments and AUD $500 is required for a Three-Bedroom Apartment, on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. These funds should be released by your bank within 14 days of check-out. The funds will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
  • All bookings over Special event periods must provide a credit card as a security bond.

Check–in | Check–out

Key collection location and check-in details will be provided by email, upon confirmation of your booking. Key/card collections outside our office hours are available by prior arrangement. If you are looking to check in now and require further information or directions, please contact us on +613 8256 7500 Our offices are open 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week.
Guaranteed check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10.00am. If you'd like to stay a little longer in your apartment, you can purchase late check-out, where available, when booking or upon check-in.
Key collection can be made outside business hours by prior arrangement. Check-in instructions will be provided with your booking confirmation via email.
You are welcome to store your luggage, before check-in or after check-out, at any of our offices during business hours.
  • Guests who book a 1 or 2 Bedroom apartment are required to provide a refundable $100 security bond and photo identification. Guests who book a 3 Bedroom apartment are required to provide a refundable $500 security bond and photo identification at check-in.
  • Bonds are taken in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation. Please note that a physical credit card is required.

  • Skybus operates 24-hours, 7 days a week, with 10-15 minute departures between 5:30am and 9:30pm. It's a 20 minute (approx.) journey from the airport to Skybus City Terminal at Southern Cross Station.
  • We recommend purchasing a myki visitor pack - an adult pass is $14 and a child's pass is $7.
  • A myki visitor pack includes a myki card, pre-loaded with enough value for one day's travel in Zone 1, discount offers at major attractions, a public transport map and information on how to use myki.   • Marvel (Etihad) Stadium:
    • Our CBD apartments are a short walking distance from the footbridge that links to Etihad Stadium.
    • From Southbank, take the Queensbridge St tram and change to a 96 at Bourke St to connect to the footbridge
  • MCG:
    • If you are staying at our CBD apartments, various train lines from Melbourne Central, Flagstaff and Southern Cross Stations connect to the MCG (Richmond or Jolimont Stations).
    • If you are staying in Southbank, you can enjoy a pleasant walk to the MCG along the beautiful Yarra River in under 30 minutes. Otherwise, the MCG can be reached by trams along Flinders St.
