Booking Changes and Refunds
Bookings through Third Parties: If you booked your accommodation through a third party travel agent (eg Booking.com, Wotif.com), you will need to contact these companies to make changes to your booking. Note – each company has individual polices in relation to accommodation bookings.
Bookings made Direct: If you booked directly and you wish to make changes to your booking, the following booking change policies apply:
- International Travellers: We are waiving cancellation fees for arrivals on or before April 30, 2020 for guests arriving from international destinations.
- Domestic Travellers: If you booked directly with us, including prepaid, non-refundable, non-cancellable reservations, scheduled for arrival on or before 31stJuly 2020, your booking can be changed or credited towards a future booking. The stay date must be prior to 15 December 2020.
Existing and future bookings with a flexible change/cancellation policy can be amended based on the policy agreed at the time of booking. We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options.
